Due to the application of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: the Regulation), we inform you that from May 25, 2018, you will have the following rights related to processing by Jurmet Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. based in Lubicz Dolny your personal data.
At the same time, pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation, we inform you that from May 25, 2018, the following information and rules related to the processing of your personal data will be valid:

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
a) performance of the contract concluded with Jurmet, to which you are a party or taking action on your request, before concluding the contract (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation),
b) marketing and promotion of products and services offered by Jurmet, including sending newsletters, which is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Jurmet, i.e. the sale of goods and services (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation),
c) pursuing claims or defending against claims, as well as appearing in proceedings before public authorities, if it is necessary for legal purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Jurmet or by a third party (legal basis: art. 6
paragraph 1 lit. f) Regulations),
d) fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on Jurmet in connection with the concluded contract, in particular with regard to bookkeeping, settlements of public law liabilities, submission reports, etc. (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation).
3. DATA RECIPIENTS
We will transfer your personal data to suppliers to whom Jurmet contracts related services processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers, as well as public authorities, institutions or third parties entitled to request access or receipt of personal data on the basis of legal regulations.
4. PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
Jurmet will store your personal data for the period necessary to implement the indicated in point 2 processing purposes, in particular:
a) in regards to performance of the contract concluded with Jurmet, to which you are a party – for its performance period, and after that – for the period and to the extent required by law or for securing possible claims,
b) in the scope of debt recovery - until the claims are time-barred,
c) as regards the fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on Jurmet in connection with the concluded contract – by the period required by individual legal provisions.
5. INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ABOUT AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING
You have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
a) the right to request Jurmet to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.
b) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates provisions of the Regulation. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
