Slitter-rewinder MASTER3
At the K 2025 trade fair, JURMET will present the MASTER3 slitter-rewinder with a working width of 1600 mm and a rewinding diameter of 800 mm. The machine is equipped with a variety of automation options in both the slitting and roll-unloading sections. A key advantage of the MASTER3 is its exceptional energy efficiency - the energy produced during the braking process is fed back into the machine, significantly reducing overall energy consumption. The energy usage data is clearly visualized on the main control panel. JURMET also offers a duplex version with a maximum width of 2200 mm and a turret version (AVANCER3).

 

Core cutter CATER-A
We will also showcase the CATER-A core cutter, a fully programmable machine designed for precise and efficient cutting of cardboard cores of various diameters and lengths. The intuitive touchscreen interface enables easy recipe management, while the robust servo-driven system ensures repeatable accuracy. CATER-A can be configured for core lengths of up to 3500 mm and features dust-free cutting with a specially designed JURMET blade.
